These Terms and Conditions (Agreement) govern your use of the official 1win betting and casino, including our website, mobile apps, and related services in Pakistan.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you fully accept the terms of this document and agree to abide by them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
1. General Provisions and Legal Framework
- 1.1. This Agreement enters into force upon your completion of the registration process.
- 1.2. 1win reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The current version is always available on this page.
- 1.3. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing online gaming and betting complies with the applicable local laws in their specific jurisdiction within Pakistan.
2. Account Eligibility and Registration
- 2.1. Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
- 2.2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. The use of aliases or fraudulent data will result in immediate account suspension.
- 2.3. Each user is permitted to open and operate only one (1) account.
3. Digital Identity & Multi-Account Prevention Matrix
To maintain ecosystem integrity, we utilize a proprietary automated detection system.
- 3.1. Hardware and Network Footprinting: Our platform analyzes unique hardware identifiers, IP subnets, and browser configurations. If multiple accounts share identical digital footprints combined with correlated betting patterns, they will be flagged for manual review.
- 3.2. Linked Profiles: Any accounts found to be operated by the same individual, family members within the same household, or closely coordinated groups will be deemed “Duplicate Accounts.”
- 3.3. Enforcement: 1win reserves the right to freeze all duplicate profiles, cancel any pending bets, and confiscate profits generated from systematic multi-accounting strategies.
4. Fair Play Standards and Protection Against Automated Systems
- 4.1. Group Betting and Coordinated Action. Creating betting syndicates or coordinating with other players to bypass established betting limits, split financial risks, or influence the odds is not allowed. If we establish that a group of accounts is acting together under a single strategy, we reserve the right to restrict or close those profiles.
- 4.2. Prohibited Software and Automation. You are not permitted to use automated tools, bots, neural networks, or software designed to scrape our data to find discrepancies in odds or place bets automatically. Any attempt to interface third-party software with our platform will lead to immediate account restrictions.
- 4.3. Handling Unusual Activity. If an account shows betting speeds or frequencies that are physically impossible for a human, or if we find evidence of someone exploiting technical delays in live broadcasts (such as courtsiding), these actions will be reviewed. In such cases, 1win may declare the affected wagers invalid.
5. Verification (KYC) Processes
- 5.1. 1win reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time.
- 5.2. Required documentation may include a valid CNIC (National Identity Card), passport, utility bills, or a selfie holding the document.
- 5.3. Digital verification must be completed within the timeframe specified by our security department. Failure to cooperate may result in account termination.
6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
- 7.1. 1win promotes responsible gambling as a form of entertainment. We provide tools for temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
- 7.2. Users can contact customer support to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits to manage their activity safely.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Curaçao that issued the operating license.
- 7.2. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the platform must first be submitted to the 1win Support Team via official channels. We commit to reviewing and responding to all structured complaints.
